Cook together, safely — 260 real recipes in one friendly app

260 real recipes from Ting's own cookbooks, baked right into one friendly app your family opens in any browser. No account, no subscription, no installation: download, unzip, open, cook.

• 📚 A real library, not a sample — 260 recipes baked in and working offline: Kids' Fun Recipes (122), TrustLink Crock Pot Chicken Dinners (14), Detox Smoothies & Elixirs (20), American Comfort Food (12), The Healing Kitchen (8), plus Ting's original recipe cards.
• 👨‍🍳 Cook-along with Chef Paws — step-by-step guidance with a friendly voice (and a mute button), a progress trail, and big readable steps.
• 🛡️ The Grown-Up Gate — steps involving heat, knives, blenders, or raw meat stop and ask a grown-up to solve a quick math question before the app continues. 383 steps are gated across the library.
• 🛒 Shopping list that builds itself — add any recipe's ingredients in one tap; duplicates merge; check off as you shop; print it.
• 🧺 My Pantry — tell the app what your kitchen has and every recipe shows "You have X of Y ingredients."
• 🎮 Play Kitchen — six pretend-play cooking games (pizza, pancakes, smoothie, cookies, tacos, sandwich) with a celebration finish, for little chefs not yet ready for the real stove.
• 🏆 Badges & streaks that mean what they say — each earned by actually doing the thing; streaks count real calendar days.
• ⚙️ Family settings — sound effects, voice guidance, brightness, and reduce-motion, remembered on your device.
• 🔍 Bonus live search — with internet, search thousands more community recipes (TheMealDB) into the same cook-along, videos included when a recipe has one.

How it works

Everything runs on your device. Your pantry, badges, creations, and settings live in your browser's storage on that device only — no accounts, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere. An internet connection is used only for the optional live recipe search and recipe videos.

Honest notes

Recipes are reproduced from Ting's own printed cookbooks, including a few lines the old books themselves clipped in print — kept faithful, never filled in by guessing. The Grown-Up Gate is a helper, not a supervisor: a real adult should always be present when children cook. Play Kitchen is pretend play.

Video Transcript — Ultimate Cooking App Explainer

Dinner time is loud, the kids want to help, and you are trying to cook something real without turning the kitchen into a danger zone. I understand that kitchen. I am a registered nurse, and before nursing I taught elementary school, so I built the Ultimate Cooking App for families who cook together. Inside are two hundred sixty real recipes from my own cookbooks, baked right into the app and working offline: kids' fun recipes, crock pot chicken dinners, smoothies, comfort food, healing kitchen favorites, and a new collection of eighty protein snack recipes. Chef Paws walks your family through each recipe step by step, reading the steps aloud, with a progress trail and big readable text. Safety is built in, not bolted on: any step involving heat, knives, blenders, or raw meat stops at the Grown-Up Gate and asks an adult to solve a quick math question before cooking continues. The shopping list builds itself from any recipe in one tap, and My Pantry shows you which recipes you can already make with what is in your kitchen. Little chefs who are not ready for the real stove get Play Kitchen, six pretend cooking games, and everyone earns badges and streaks for actually cooking. No account, no subscription, no installation: download, unzip, open, cook. Find the Ultimate Cooking App at shop.artistrystore.com. It releases on JVZoo November 7th for twenty-nine ninety-nine.
